This policy explains what personal information Korea Saju collects, why, and what you can do about it. Korea Saju is based in Incheon, Republic of Korea, and can be reached at mykoreasaju@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth.
- Contact details: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Order details: the report you bought, your chosen language, and your order number.
We do not collect or store your card or payment details. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To calculate your chart, generate your report, and email it to you.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment and taxes.
- An AI model provider to generate report text. We send your birth details and chosen language, not your payment details. We use paid services whose terms do not allow your data to be used to train their models.
- An email delivery provider to send your report.
- Netlify, our hosting provider, to run the website.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your birth details and report for 90 days after delivery so we can handle resends and refunds, then delete them. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing mykoreasaju@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
