These Terms govern your use of the Korea Saju website and your purchase of our reports. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Korea Saju ("we", "us") is based in Incheon, Republic of Korea. You can reach us at mykoreasaju@gmail.com.

2. What we provide

We sell personalized digital reports based on Korean Saju (Four Pillars). Your chart is calculated automatically from the birth details you provide, and the report text is generated with artificial intelligence based on traditional Saju interpretation rules. Premium reports include an AI-generated illustration of a partner type. This illustration does not depict any real person.

Reports are delivered by email to the address you provide, usually within 5 minutes of payment.

3. Entertainment and self-reflection only

Saju is a cultural tradition. Our reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not predictions, guarantees or facts about your future, and they are not medical, health, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice. Do not make important decisions based on a report. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

4. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, taxes, and billing inquiries. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Sale prices apply only during the stated sale period. After it ends, the regular price applies.

5. Your information

You are responsible for entering accurate birth details and a working email address. A report generated from incorrect details is not a defect of the product. See the Refund Policy for how we handle typos.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

7. Use of reports

Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with friends and family. You may not resell or republish reports, or copy the website's content for commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make or any loss you suffer based on a report. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
